This year’s virtual format has introduced new capabilities for our AGM process while allowing members worldwide the opportunity to view, participate and vote in this year’s proceedings.

The new format for this AGM was decided upon in response to the current Covid-19 restrictions, which allow us a maximum of 25 attendees, which is less than the number required for a quorum according to our by-laws.

What’s New:

Early Registration

As a BPWCCUL members-only meeting, registration remains a mandatory requirement for those attending the AGM. Registration this year will be done electronically and members are encouraged to register their planned attendance before the AGM date to allow us to verify the membership information provided.

Members aged 16 years and older are eligible to attend the meeting. To register, they will need their BPWCCUL account number and a valid email address.

Limited quantities of printed reports and candidate brochures are available for collection from any of our branches. Otherwise these documents are available for viewing on our website.

Virtual Election Process

This year our elections will be conducted electronically on AGM Day. Members can vote for their candidates of choice via the virtual meeting’s mobile and web application facility using their mobile device or computer without having to leave their home.

Members must have the 120 Membership Qualifying Shares on their account to be eligible to vote.

Please email any AGM related questions that require technical support to or call the AGM Help desk numbers 232-3290/91 Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
