As a member of BPWCCUL it is your right to vote for your preferred candidates and you are eligible to do so if you are 16 years or older and have the requisite $120 Qualifying member shares on your account.
Members must be registered before they can vote. Registration is open. If not completed already, you are asked to visit the Member Registration page first.
This year our election process will differ depending on whether members are registered to attend the meeting in-person or virtually.
Members attending the AGM in-person will be required to vote for their candidate of choice in-person manually, using the electronic counting system used previously.

For members attending the AGM virtually, elections will be conducted electronically online on AGM Day via the AGM Convene mobile and web facility .electronically on AGM Day. Members can vote for their candidates of choice via the virtual meeting’s mobile and web application facility using their mobile device or computer without having to leave their home.
Please note that voting opens at Agenda Item 8 which will begin approximately 45 mins after the start of the meeting and closes at Agenda Item 17.
