As labour markets become more specialised and economies demand higher skill levels, governments and businesses increasingly invest in technical and vocational education and training (TVET). The TVET Council (TVETC) was set up to direct young people and others towards training and certification, which they can use to develop work-related skills and exciting careers.

All members of BPWCCUL are eligible for Financing or Grants to pursue any courses offered by TVET.
