Training and Development

Barbados Public Worker’s Co-operative Credit Union Limited is committed to the continuous training of its staff members to ensure the highest standards of performance. The organisation provides training for all employees through the Human Resources Department and conducts year round training in competency based areas according to job roles.

Job Attachment Programme

Over the past 5 years the organisation has facilitated a job attachment programme providing on the job training for students in three/four week stints. Students are strategically placed within the majority of our departments to give them a well-rounded appreciation for the organisation. Job attachments are normally accommodated in:
