Registration is required for all members who wish to attend the AGM whether virtually or in person and they are encouraged to do so at their earliest convenience before AGM Day, to allow us to verify the membership information provided thereby ensuring an efficient meeting process.

Each member will need to register to receive their unique credentials as there will be no generic login details for the meeting.

To register, members will need their BPWCCUL account number, Barbados National Registration Number and a valid email address.

Those without an email address will need to sign up for one in order to proceed with their registration.

• Take special note:
•  Please include the preceding zeroes in your account number so that it is a minimum of 10 digits in length. For example, 2308 would be entered as 0000002308.
•  Please include the dash in your Barbados National Registration Number.
•  All registration replies and confirmations will be sent via the email address used at the time of registration.
•  Please check your email inbox shortly after registering your attendance for the AGM in order to complete the registration process.

Please follow these steps to complete your registration successfully.

 

Registration Steps:

 

1. Click I am ready to Register
2. Click Register as Member
3. Complete the Member Registration form by entering all required details which are identified by a red asterisk.
4. Read the Important notes
5. Select the box indicating that you have read and agree with the notes stated above.
6. Click Submit Registration
7. Verify the information you entered
   1. Scroll and click Edit if necessary to make a change to your submission.
8. When everything is satisfactory click Submit Registration.
9. Take note of your Registration Reference No. which should be seen on your screen now.
10. You will thereafter receive an email titled AGM@Convene. Please read the note in the email then click Verify Your Email.
11. Finally, provide a password to be used to access the meeting on AGM Day then click Continue.
12. Your Registration is now complete.
