The Marketing Officer will create, communicate, and deliver offerings that have value for the Group’s members, clients and partners.
- Assist the Chief Marketing and Member/Customer Experience Officer in creating and monitoring frameworks for effective brand management for entities in the Group ensuring conformance of established standards and to maintain brand integrity.
- Prepare, plan and project manage the publication of all publicity material to maximise reach of brand and product messaging to desired target market.
- Assist in Chief Marketing and Member/Customer Experience Officer to write, produce, edit and revise website content, social media content, specialty forms and press releases.
- Work closely with sales teams and other relevant stakeholders within the Group to effect strategic marketing initiatives to support the attainment of financial and non-financial objectives.
- Track and measure inputs, outputs, and impacts on various sales-focused initiatives. Communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally about the progress and any new developments.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned..
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ related previous experience.
- Digital marketing skills – analytics, Search engine optimization, paid search, social media.
- Experience in negotiation, planning and execution.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Work may require occasional weekends and/or evening work.
