COMPETITION DETAILS

Participants should make their online or card-present purchases at any merchant or cash withdrawals at any ATM, between June 1st, 2023 and July 7th, 2023.

There is no minimum purchase transaction amount required in order to be eligible.

Successful purchase transactions do not include authorization requests or attempted transactions.

Participants will be entered for a chance to win a 7-night luxury Mediterranean Cruise including round trip air fare and accommodations for 1 one card holder plus a companion.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS

Cardholders who are members of BPWCCUL and received their BPWCCUL Mastercard® prior to January 2023 are eligible to participate.

Spend & Win does not apply to BPWCCUL employees, members of the Board of Directors, Credit or Supervisory Committees.

Any participant whose BPWCCUL Mastercard® is blocked or cancelled for any reason at any time during the campaign is not eligible to participate even in the event that this situation is clarified or corrected.

Neither BPWCCUL nor MASTERCARD will be responsible for any difficulties that may arise at the time of payment. In the event of any inconvenience with the card payment, or discussion about its validity, credit limit, and in general any matter that may affect the payment, the Cardholder acknowledges that neither MASTERCARD nor BPWCCUL is responsible for such and accepts that he/she must make the corresponding inquiries through the usual channels.

If necessary and/or at the discretion of MASTERCARD and/or BPWCCUL, MASTERCARD and/or BPWCCUL reserve the right to expand and/or clarify the scope of these Terms and Conditions and/or any of the procedures.
