    Co-Optima Pay is an extension of the Co-optima banking app. It is an instant payment solution that allows you to send and receive money immediately — anytime, to anyone, at any bank — directly from your phone, tablet or laptop.

  • Is there a cost to use Co-Optima Pay?

    No. Transfers made through Co-Optima Pay are completely free, whether you’re sending money to another BPWCCUL member or to someone at another bank.

  • How fast are payments?

    Payments are processed instantly. Once you confirm your transaction, the recipient receives the funds immediately along with instant notification confirmation.

  • What do I need to send money?

    You only need the recipient’s phone number or email address linked to their account. Full banking details are not required.

  • Who can I send money to?

    You can send money to:

    Ensure your contact information is up to date by calling the Contact Centre at 246-622-9000 or visit any of the convenience branches.  Simply download our Co-Optima digital banking platform from the Appstore and follow instructions. Co-Optima Pay will become available on June 12, 2026 – same app upgraded to Co-Optima Pay.

  • How can I update my banking information?

    To efficiently use Co-Optima Pay you can update your banking information to your most recent contact detail by coming into any of our five (5) branches or calling the Contact Centre at 246-622-9000.
