Key points to Note
- Online registration is required for everyone. The registration link is accessible via the “Meeting Registration” button found on this page.
The following are required to register:
- Member’s email address
- Member’s BPWCCUL account number
- Member’s National Registration Number
Take special note:
- Please include the preceding zeroes in your account number so that it is a minimum of 10 digits in length. For example, 2308 would be entered as 0000002308.
- Please include the dash in your Barbados National Registration Number.
- All registration replies and confirmations will be sent via the email address used at the time of registration.
- Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address used. Members are reminded to check for the validation email when registering and to follow the instructions provided therein.

- Registration is required to view, vote or pose questions at the AGM.
- To register members will need their BPWCCUL account number and a valid email address.
- Recommended devices and browsers: Desktop or laptop running Windows 10 or macOS 10.15 (Chrome, Microsoft Edge 2020, Firefox)
- For members using tablets, mobile phones, and/or Safari browser make sure that they are running Android 11.0 (Chrome v105, Microsoft Edge 2020 v105) and above or iOS 15 (Chrome v105, Microsoft Edge 2020 v105, Safari v15.1) and above. You may still watch the webcast of the proceedings but will be required to open the Zoom app if you want to ask questions to the panel via video call.

- Members will need to remember their password once registered in order to log in on AGM Day.
- After you have completed registering, we encourage you to test your device’s compatibility via the “test page” link found on the registration page. The email address and password used for registration will be required to complete this test.
- Members will be able to pose their questions online.
