The records of the Society shall be open to the inspection of any member or person having an interest in the funds of the Society, but no person other than the member himself, a member of the Board or any one of the Supervisors or officers of the Co-operative Department, shall be allowed to see the personal account, loan agreement or passbook, or the register of papers relating to the loan of any member without the consent of such member in writing.
