Board that must drive the effort to have the matter resolved. The Supervisory Committee may assist the Board, but the Board retains the responsibility for a resolution. New By-law 59(3) All staff and elected officers shall avail themselves to the Supervisory Committee or its representatives when requested in the conduct of their investigations, and should provide any requested information in as reasonable a timeframe as practical following receipt of the request. By-law 59(3) Amend. (1) Replace ‘in as reasonable a timeframe as practical’ with ‘within five (5) working days’. (2) Change ‘the request’ to ‘a formal request’. By-law to read: All staff and elected officers shall avail themselves to the Supervisory Committee or its representatives when requested in the conduct of their investigations, and should provide any requested information within five (5) working days’ following receipt of a formal request. Responses to requests should be provided within a stated timeframe.
