Failure to conform to any of the provisions of this section will not invalidate any decision taken at the Special General Meeting. By-law 29 29. (1) The annual general meeting shall be convened by the Board not later than three months after the end of the financial year of the Society. At least ten (10) days’ notice shall be given before any such general meeting is held. (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of By-Law 29(1) the Registrar, on receipt of a written request from the Board, may authorize the Society to hold the Annual General Meeting at any date not later than six (6) months after the end of the financial year of the Society. By-law 29(1) The Annual General Meeting shall be convened by the Board not later than three (3) months after the end of the financial year of the Society. At least twenty-one (21) days’ notice shall be given before any such general meeting is held. By-law 29(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of By-Law 29(1) the Regulator, on receipt of a written request from the Board, may authorize the Society to hold the Annual General Meeting at any date not later than six (6) By-law 29(1) Accepted as proposed. By-law 29(2) Proposed Rejected. Original by-laws 29(2) and 29(3) to remain. By-law 29(1) Agree with recommendation. By-law 29(2) No basis for a change established.
