Co-Optima Digital Banking is a convenient and secure platform that lets you manage your finances anytime, anywhere. Whether you're at home or on the go, you can check account balances, transfer funds, pay bills and more — all from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
You can download the Co-Optima Mobile Banking app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching for Co-Optima. Simply click on "Download" or "Install" to get started.
To access Co-Optima Digital Banking, you must first enrol in the service. (Refer to our Step-by-Step Enrolment Guide for full instructions.) You’ll also need a smartphone or computer with a reliable internet connection.
Yes, our app uses advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and financial information. We also offer features like two-factor authentication to enhance security.
Account Management
To create an online banking account, visit our website or open the mobile app and click on “Enrol.” Follow the prompts to enter your information and set up your account to log in.
On the login screen, click on “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions to reset your password. You will receive an email with a reset link.
Yes, you can! The Co-Optima Digital Banking app allows you to access and manage multiple accounts — including your primary share, call deposit, and loan accounts — all in one convenient place.
Transactions
To transfer money, log in to the app, select “Transfers & Payments,” choose “Make a Transfer”, select the accounts you want to transfer money between, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction.
Yes, you can pay bills directly through the app. Go to the “Transfers & Payments” section, select “Bill Pay”, select account, add your payee information, and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
Yes, you can send funds to other financial institutions directly through the app. Go to the “Transfers & Payments” section, select “RTP”, select account, and follow the instructions to complete your transfer.
If you notice an incorrect transaction, you can report it directly through the app. Simply go to the “Accounts” section, select “Dispute a Transaction”, choose the transaction in question, tap “Attach Selected Items”, and follow the on-screen prompts to submit your dispute.

Yes, you can set up alerts for various activities, such as low balance notifications, transaction alerts, and bill payment reminders. Go to the “Tools & Services” section, select ‘Manage Alerts’ to customize your alerts.
